Hunan-style Maoxuewang is a dish improved based on Sichuan Maoxuewang, using blood curd of duck or pig as main ingredients as well as beef omasum, bean sprouts, needle mushroom and other vegetables. The dish is spicy and delicious. Though over half of the plate is filled with chili oil, the oil is clear and salty, making Maoxuewang a perfect dish to serve with rice.
